Granules India’s net profit increased 39 per cent at ₹182 crore in the second quarter ended September 30, 2026 compared to ₹130 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The total revenue of the Hyderabad-based company grew 20 per cent at ₹1,560 crore in the quarter under review, against ₹1,297 crore in the year-ago period. “Our quarterly revenue crossed ₹1,500 crore in Q2 FY27 with EBITDA of ₹338 crore despite higher input and logistics costs from tensions in West Asia. Cost pressures will persist and we are working with customers to manage them with a lag,’’ Krishna Prasad Chigurupati, Chairman & Managing Director of Granules India, said in a release on Monday. “We recently concluded a US FDA audit at the Gagillapur site. The inspection progressed constructively and the observations are of a nature that we believe can be fully addressed through our responses and corrective and preventive actions, and we will continue to engage transparently with the agency,’’ he added.
